PRIMSOPH Model 8003 Battery and Plug-In Powered Touchless Faucet with Temperature Mixer, Brushed Nickel

I really wanted a no touch faucet for our bathrooms, and this one was the first one we tried. We installed it in the guest bathroom and it was easy to set up. It works with batteries or you can plug it in, so it's nice to have those two options. The matte black gives it a sleek look, and it's made from high quality material and it's easy to clean. For the price I think it's a great deal. It seems like it'll hold up well and last for a long time to come. Highly recommend this touch free faucet for the bathroom because I'm very happy with ours!

Installed in about 30 minutes. No leaks or problems. I do wish the hose from the junction to the faucet was longer, so I could mount the junction lower, but it isn't a big enough deal to warrant removing a star. I am using 4 aa batteries to power this, rather than installing a new outlet. Works perfectly, and if I need to swap batteries every so often, so be it.

We had our plumber over to help with another plumbing issue, so we took advantage of the visit and had him help us with installing this automatic faucet while he was there, too. I'm glad we did because the installation turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated. Ultimately, the plumber went and bought a few new parts because the parts it came with were not the right fit for our vanity and sink configuration. Once installed, it has worked SO beautifully. I asked the plumber what his opinion was of the quality (installation complications aside) and he said he was impressed with it. He said it's higher quality than the automatic faucets you use at gas stations and other public places because it is completely motion-based. Instead of being on a timer, it works completely based on motion sensors. It turns on when you put your hands under and turns off as soon as you take them away. He also set it to a good temperature that's not too hot or cold, and it's relatively easy to get under the sink and adjust the temperature if you're ever unhappy with the setting. It looks absolutely amazing. It's sleek, clean, and modern. I love how it saves water and improves overall hygiene. No more touching handles or finding faucets still running because my kids forgot to shut them (or purposefully left them on!). If you're willing to do a bit of installation work, this faucet is totally worth it!

We got this for our bathroom and didn't realize it was a commercial faucet. Oh well. So no idea on if it is good or bad.

This is a pretty good faucet.INSTALLATION: There are a lot of connections to be made, but installation is simple. A handy person could remove an old faucet and replace with this in under an hour. It comes with all the supply lines, and they are of decent quality (not the best, but certainly not the worst). It comes with good anchors for attaching the control box, which is rare these days. My only real complaint is that it was missing a rubber washer in one of the houses, so I had to buy one. My guess is that it either got left out but accident or I somehow lost it when I was unpacking it (I looked around quite a bit). It does plug into an outlet, so make sure you have one accessible (if it's not ARC or GFCI protected, I recommend replacing the outlet). The cord is three-pronged. It does appear you can use batteries instead, but I did not try that. The temperature is set using the mixing valve that you mount to the control box under the sink.SPOUT: The spout reaches well into the sink, so you don't have to touch the basin to wash. The sensor has a generous activation zone, and I had no issues with it turning on and staying on. The finish in the spout is nice and appears like it will hold up.BOTTOM LINE: A good faucet with good functionality. I expect it to hold up will to use.
